3. We proceed to a verification of the accuracy of submitted data, for new customers. 
4. Download ordered software piece (available after customer data verification with credit card payment, or after customer data verification and payment reception when using bank wire transfer). 

Our refund policy

The seven days refund consumer protection law doesn't cover downloadable software piece, as the software is directly available after the download and that there is no way to ensure the software has not been copied by the consumer before refund enquiry. The consumer has the possibility to evaluate our software pieces by mean of downloading the 'free trial version'. There is no refund possibility for our downloadable software pieces.
